Day 1. Arrive Nairobi. Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi you will be met and assisted by a Goway representative for transfer to your hotel where you will be assisted with the check in formalities. After a pre-safari briefing, the rest of the day will be at leisure to relax around the hotel or depending on your arrival schedule, venture the ‘Green City in the Sun' with some of the excursions that we offer. Overnight at your hotel.

Hotel Intercontinental (2 nights).

Day 2. Nairobi. Full day is spent in Nairobi. This day you will visit Karen Blixen Museum which was once the centre piece of a farm at the foot of the Ngong Hills owned by Danish Author Karen and her Swedish Husband, Baron Bror von Blixen Fincke. Located 10km from the city centre, the Museum belongs to a different time period in the history of Kenya. The farm house gained international fame with the release of the movie ‘Out of Africa' an Oscar winning film based on Karen's an autobiography by the same title. Karen Blixen demonstrates how History has shaped Kenya to what she is today and most of the other countries in Africa. Thereafter you will visit Giraffe centre where you may have an opportunity to feed the endangered Rothchild's giraffe from a raised platform. Lunch at The Tamambo Karen Blixen and thereafter return to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at your hotel. BL

Day 3. Nairobi to Kigio Conservancy. After breakfast drive to the Kigio Conservancy. This Conservancy is famous as the home to Impala, Buffaloes, Dik Dik, Zebras, and Waterbuck etc and also provides sanctuary for Rothschild giraffe, and many more plains game. Arrival at Kigio will be in time for lunch at the Kigio Wildlife Camp. Afternoon you will have a lecture on conservation and efforts Kigio Wildlife Conservancy has put in place to ensure protection of nature. You may also take a nature walk in the conservation area. Evening game drive will be conducted the conservancy. Dinner and overnight at your Lodge.

Kigio Wildlife Camp (2 nights) BLD

Day 4. Kigio Conservancy. Your full day is spent in Kigio Wildlife Conservancy. This day you will have a nature / bird walk to explore the conservancy and her beauty on foot. The resident naturalist will be happy to share with you his vast knowledge of fauna and flora in the area. Thereafter you will visit one of the local communities. Kigio Wildlife Camp has been in the leading line to support the local community as way of ensuring sustainable tourism in the area. Thereafter return to your camp. Optional night game drive at extra cost. All meals and overnight your hotel. BLD

Day 5. Kigio to Masai Mara National Game Reserve. After breakfast and check out of the camp you will be collected for the day's drive westwards, down the scenic Rift Valley escarpments and past the township of Narok in the Masai country to Masai Mara National Reserve. This park offers wonderful scenery and plenty of game. It is perhaps the only region left in Kenya where the visitor may see animals in the same super-abundance as existed a century ago. You will arrive at your camp in time for lunch. Afterwards you will be collected for the afternoon game drive that will go on till sunset. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 6. Masai Mara National Game Reserve. Breakfast at the camp followed by morning and afternoon game drives.

Today you also have an opportunity to go on a spectacular Optional balloon ride across the Masai Mara. The BALLOON SAFARI ADVENTURE begins in the pre-dawn hours and the magnificent view over the park is thrilling. Towards the end of the flight, you rise to a height of 1500 feet for a panoramic view of the twisting Mara River and the savannah below. After an hour or so in the air, your safari finishes with a flourish: a champagne breakfast in the bush, cooked on the balloon's burners! Please note that this is an optional extra not included in the main tour package price - In the event of unfavorable weather a full refund will be given if the balloon does not take off.

This is your full day to explore the Mara a ravishingly beautiful place that also offers long, undisturbed views and utterly dramatic panoramas. Lunch, dinner and overnight at your hotel. BLD

Day 7. Departure. After breakfast drive to Nairobi, Kenya's colorful capital city. Transfer to your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta Airport for your onward flight. A Goway representative will re-confirm your onward flight, and assist you at check-in. B
